This is a very easy green smoothie recipe to try and very unique as it uses lamb lettuce as the green ingredient only but it is mixed with other ingredients that make this recipe even tastier and healthier for losing weight.
Ingredients:
4T cashew nuts
Freshly squeezed juice of a lime
2T sugar cane
3 handfuls of lam lettuce
400ml of mineral water
4T bran
Procedure:
-Start by placing the lamb lettuce and the cashew nuts in the blender. Blend them until smooth.
-Once they are well blended, add in the lime juice, the sugar cane, the bran and the water. -Continue blending the first two ingredients.
-Wait until all the ingredients are well combined and blended already or until it is smooth.
-Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
