This is another green smoothie for weight loss because it consists of vitamin C and antioxidants as well as fiber but it does not taste leafy at all, but fruity.
Ingredients:
1 chopped and pitted white peach
2 oranges
1c ice
6 romaine lettuce leaves, large
Procedure:
-Start by peeling the oranges using a knife and cutting it into several pieces.
-Then, cut the peach in half as well.
-Next, discard the pit of the peach and chop the rest.
-Next, prepare your blender and start adding the sliced orange into it.
-Then, add in the sliced peaches.
-After that, mix the lettuce with the ice.
-Turn on the blender to high speed and start blending the ingredients until they become smooth.
-Pour the smoothie mixture onto a glass and serve chilled.
