13. STRAWBERRY BANANA GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE.

This is one of the most highly recommended smoothie recipes for weight loss because it is not that awful in taste as well as it does not deprive you of the nutrients needed to help you lose weight.

Ingredients:

1 whole frozen banana, large and chunked

3 handfuls of green leafy veggies of your choice

1c Greek yogurt, non-fat

2c water

2c strawberries, fresh

1t maple syrup as a sweetener

Procedure:

-Prepare your blender and pour in water.

-Add the yogurt to the water in the blender.

-Next, add the strawberries, the greens, the bananas and the maple syrup.

-Now, blend all these ingredients together and wait until smooth or until it reaches your desired constancy.

-Serve and enjoy.
