This is another great smoothie recipe for weight loss because it not only ensures weight loss but healthy weight loss. This recipe is packed with vitamin C, fiber and potassium as well as other minerals, all of which contribute to successful weight loss.

Ingredients:

1 sliced pear

1c pineapple

1 handful of parsley

1 kiwi

1c fresh pineapple juice

1c mango

2T flax seeds

3c beet greens

Procedure:

-Prepare your food processor or blender and mix in all of these ingredients together.

-Start blending all of them until they turn smooth.

-Then, pour the smoothie mixture onto a glass.
