3. GREEN TEA BOOSTER RECIPE.

This is an antioxidant-rich recipe which is very helpful in losing weight as well as having the ability to burn fats effectively.

Ingredients:

1c watercress

1c raspberries

2c green tea

1 lemon, peeled

2c cantaloupe

Procedure:

-Start by placing the solid ingredients onto the blender such as the watercress, the raspberries and the cantaloupe.

-Add the lemon as well and start pouring in the green tea.

-Then, turn on the blender and start blending all these ingredients together.

-Wait until the mixture is smooth already.

-Next, pour the mixture onto a glass and serve chilled.
