Nothing can be more satisfying than seeing how your success is progressing. Design a large poster to represent how many pounds you need to lose. For example, if you have 27kg (60lb) to lose, you could draw sixty blocks of lard. As each pound drops, rub out a block of lard. This will not only help you feel satisfied, but form a good visual motivator, too. However, if you put a pound back on, then I’m afraid you have to redraw the block of lard. Follow my advice from now on and I promise you it won’t come to that, though.
