Develop a flirt plan and enjoy it!

Well, it has to be said, there’s nothing like a good old flirt! And, as they say, window-shopping is absolutely fine if you are in a relationship. I remember the newfound attention I was showered with after I lost all my weight and boy, oh boy, did it make me feel great! Whether you like it or not, we judge people initially on the way they look. And yes, men are initially more drawn to what they see, rather than what they hear and do: judging a book by its cover. So, if your motivation is about feeling better about your image and being attractive to others, there is nothing wrong with a bit of gentle flirting. Let’s face it, it’s fun and it doesn’t half make you feel good if the flirting is reciprocated. If flirting more as the weight drops off is one of your motivators, let me share a few tips:

 Give three different verbal or non-verbal signals. When you give the first signal the other person is going to check to see if it’s really them that you are checking out. However, the second time they know it’s them and believe me, they will be pleased! The third time you can perhaps make small talk, such as explaining how you like what he or she is wearing, or express interest by asking them over and informing them that you recognise their face. As you start chatting, move away from the crowd a little. The person you’re having the flirt with doesn’t want to feel you will reject them in front of others, so create a bit of space. If you go out with a friend, then do separate every so often or take a breather from talking because people won’t want to risk your disapproval by interrupting you.

 Treating people gently is also very important. If someone flirts with you and you are not interested in him or her, be kind. Avoid raising your eyes disapprovingly, or laughing as that person walks away. Be realistic and not mean because if you do this, you are limiting your chances of other people approaching you.

 With your body shrinking day by day, monitor your body language as you flirt so that it looks confident. Sit and stand tall. It really is amazing how much more confident you will appear if you do this. Your outward presence increases and others will see you as someone they respect and would actually like to talk to. The same goes with your eyes; smile with them, as well as with your mouth. And above all, as you do so, remind yourself how losing weight is turning you into a sex magnet.

 If you fancy playing a game, walk through a group of women or men and see which of them is checking you out. Remember, even if it’s just one or two, enjoy! The weight is dropping and you are becoming irresistible. Before long, it will be the whole crowd who can’t keep their eyes off you.

 As the weight drops off, there’s nothing wrong with making yourself more irresistible. Consider wearing new make-up, showing a little flesh, wearing different accessories, or even getting yourself a completely new hairdo.
