CORN SOUP.

ОглавлениеOne pint grated green corn, one quart of milk, two teaspoonfuls butter, a little flour. Cook corn in water thirty minutes, let the milk come to a boil, have flour and milk mixed together, add a few tablespoonfuls of boiling milk: when quite smooth stir into the milk and cook eight minutes; add corn and season to taste.
