Honey Lemon Butter

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup lemon zest

2 cups clarified butter

1 cup Greek honey-flavored yogurt

Directions:

In olive oil, scorch (brown) lemon zest.

Add clarified butter.

Fold in yogurt.

Refrigerate at least 24 hours.

Stir well before using.
