Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 part water

2 parts sugar

Directions:

Bring water to a boil.

Add and dissolve sugar, stirring constantly; don’t over boil or it will turn gluey.

Remove from heat and allow to thicken.

Cool.

Bottle.
