While I've started working on a lot of projects outside the game industry, I still keep my head in the game, so to speak, with Dungeonaday.com. This is a subscriptionbased website that provides new game content every weekday. Essentially, I'm building a fantasy campaign one encounter at a time. It's heavily dungeon-based, but there's much more to it than that. Plus, the site is updated with behind-the-scenes blog entries that give a designer's perspective on why it all works the way it does, and provides the GM a lot of specific advice on how best to use the material. Members can ask questions and give feedback on the forums that directly shapes the direction the campaign goes. There's even a podcast attached to it.
