While the scope (SCOPE) of what makes leading from the middle so messy can feel daunting, it doesn't have to. Let's go through the SCOPE acronym again, this time armed with reorienting insights to help reframe and reshape the way you view the inherent, unique difficulties associated with leading from the middle.
