Ingredients (2 portions)
2 Mangoes, pitted and peeled
240g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
240ml low-fat milk
60ml coconut milk
a few mint leaves approx. 1 tablespoon
How's it done?
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
