Went shopping with Danielle in Harlow. Just went to the bank and got a few bits.

Suddenly, as I was walking down the street, my left leg went underneath me. It felt all weird, like banging the funny bone in my elbow. Danielle helped me up again.

‘What’s that about?’ I asked, half laughing. She looked really worried.

I’ve collapsed a few times over the years and the doctors always said it was nothing. Surely I can’t have had this cancer all that time?

Later on I heard that Katie Price stuck the knife in. We go back a long way and have had our ups and downs but I was shocked about what she said in a magazine interview. ‘I feel sorry for anyone who’s going through what Jade’s going through, but I can’t believe she is paid for interviews on subjects that people are really traumatised by…’ I suppose she is entitled to her opinion but I was upset by it. Surely if I want to talk about my own cancer then it’s my decision?

It felt like a right slap in the face. I would never make such comments about someone who has cancer. It’s cruel. Anyway, didn’t she talk about it when she had a little cancer growth on her finger that her manicurist spotted? I am sure she did.
