1 organic peach (frozen)
10-20 organic blueberries (frozen)
1 cup light and fat free organic vanilla yogurt (frozen)
1/2 cup of milk or skim milk
1/2 tablespoon of crushed pecans
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoons of organic vanilla extract

Add all the ingredients into your Vitamix or similar high-speed blender. Make sure to add fresh spring water if needed. Add as much water as you like in order to reach your desired thickness of the smoothie. For all the smoothie recipes, make sure to use organic products, fruits and vegetables if possible.
Put all ingredients into your favorite blender. Blend the mix until your preferred smoothie consistency is reached!
