Green Apple Smoothie

The old saying, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away," is true and this smoothie helps you to "drink" part of your daily apple.

What You'll Need:

1 cup of spinach (fresh)

1/3 cup of apple (green, cored, chopped)

1/3 cup of banana (frozen, peeled, sliced)

1/4 cup of milk

How to Make It:

Add 1 cup of fresh spinach, 1/3 cup of green, cored, chopped apple, 1/3 cup of frozen, peeled, sliced banana, and 1/4 cup of milk into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
