What You'll Need:
1 cup of almond milk
2/3 cup of banana (frozen, peeled, chunked)
1/2 cup of spinach
1/4 cup of ice
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 tablespoon of honey
How to Make It:
Add 1 cup of almond milk, 2/3 cup of frozen, peeled, chunked banana, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of ice, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of flax seeds into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
