This is a different smoothie made with arugula but hidden behind the flavors of mango and ginger.
What You'll Need:
1 mango (peeled, pitted, chopped)
1 lemon (peeled, seeded, quartered)
4 cups of arugula
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of ice
1 teaspoon of ginger (minced)
How to Make It:
Add 1 peeled, pitted, chopped mango, 1 peeled, seeded, quartered lemon, 4 cups of arugula, 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of ice, and 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
