1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds
How to Make It:
Add 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds, and 1/4 cup of ice into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
