Pear Smoothie

You rarely see a pear included in a smoothie, this one has pear, lime, and pineapple, for a delicious flavor.

What You'll Need:

1 1/4 cups of pineapple (cored, peeled, chopped)

1/2 cup of English cucumber (chopped)

1/2 cup of spinach (baby leaves)

1/4 cup of pear (peeled, cored, chopped)

1/2 of a lime

2 tablespoons of honey

1/4 cup of ice

How to Make It:

Add 1 1/4 cups of cored, peeled, chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup of chopped English cucumber, 1/2 cup of baby leaves spinach, 1/4 cup of peeled, cored, chopped pear, 1/2 of a lime, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1/4 cup of ice into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
