1 tablespoon of honey
How to Make It:
Add 2 cups of banana, 2/3 cup of frozen, peeled, sliced banana, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of ice, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, and 1 tablespoon of honey into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
