Air Fryer Lid: Allows you to air fry, roast, bake,

broil, and dehydrate.

The Duo Crisp and the Air Fryer Lid come with a

variety of accessories designed for use with the

machine’s air fry programs.

Multilevel air fryer basket and base: Fits inside the

inner pot to hold the majority of your foods for air

frying, broiling, and roasting.

Dehydrating tray: Also referred to as a broiling

tray; fits inside the air fryer basket to bring foods

closer to the heating element, which is helpful

for melting cheese, toasting buns, and crisping

taquitos.

Multifunctional rack: Fits inside the inner pot and

is used to steam or bake foods.

Protective pad and storage cover: Stores the lid

safely after frying and when not in use.

All oven-safe cookware is safe to use in the inner

pot. The multifunctional rack will ensure your food

is steamed and not boiled by providing even heat

distribution and preventing food from scorching

on the bottom of the pot.

The cooker base handles are equipped with a

rectangular slot where you can store the pressure

cooking lid when not in use. You can keep your

counters dry and save space by inserting the left

or right lid fin of the pressure cooking lid into the

corresponding slot on the cooker base. Once the

lid is safely in the standing position, it’s easy to

remove the inner pot.

FUNCTIONS & SETTINGS

Both lids correspond to their own set of smart

programs. With the pressure cooking lid, you can

use the smart programs to sauté, pressure cook,

slow cook, steam, and sous vide. With the air fryer

lid, you can air fry, roast, bake, broil, and dehydrate.

Pressure cooking uses steam pressure to raise the

boiling point of water above 212°F (100°C). This

energy-efficient method is a fast and easy way

to thoroughly and evenly cook a variety of your

favorite meals. The Pressure Cook and Steam smart

programs are pressure cooking programs.

Sauté: This function allows you to sear meat

before pressure cooking or after sous vide

cooking, simmer stock, reduce liquid, and more,

similar to how you use a sauté pan on the

stovetop. It has three modes: Less is ideal for

cooking bacon or other foods that might stick;

Normal is best for simmering, thickening, and

reducing liquids; and More is handy for browning

meat. The timer on this function is automatically

set for 30 minutes, but in the rare case when you

might need it on for longer than that, just press

the Sauté button again after it shuts off and

continue cooking. Never put the locking lid on

while using this function.

Pressure Cook: There are two levels for pressure

cooking, Hi and Lo. Most recipes call for the Hi

setting. The Lo setting can be used for delicate

foods like fish or eggs. Press the Pressure Level

key or Adjust key (depending on your model)

to adjust pressure levels, and the + and - keys to

change the cooking time.

Slow Cook: This is a non–pressure cooking

program, where the Less, Normal, and High modes

correspond to the low, medium, and high settings

of some temperature-controlled slow cookers.

It works similarly to a traditional slow cooker,

cooking food very, very slowly with more liquid

than required for pressure cooking. You can use

this function for preparing your favorite slow-

cooker recipes.

Steam: For this program, always use the steam

rack that came with the pot or a metal or silicone

steam basket. The pot comes to pressure on full,

continuous heat, and the food can scorch if it’s not

raised off the bottom of the pot.
