The Natives prefer to take care of their own business. When they go out to their sweat lodge, that is where decisions are made and assignments are given. Sometimes it is an honor to be assigned to make a hit. Other times it is a test to see if they are a true warrior. When they do make a successful hit and get tossed in seg, they gain honor and are taken care of.

A Native inmate was assigned to assault another Native inmate. Instead of choosing to gain honor, he chose to notify an officer. Something like this is extremely rare. If the Natives found out, he would be the one taking the hit.

As far as I know, they never found out.
