A group of 12 to 15 Natives were gathered by a microwave. They were making burritos. Different groups and mixed race groups would have little food parties at times. Large gatherings however were not allowed. An officer informed them of the policy and advised that the ones just hanging out should move on. They laughed, said they understood and kept their numbers lower.
