JOIN OR ELSE

Оглавление

B-West went on one of our many lockdowns. An inmate with a black eye informed an officer that he had been assaulted three days earlier. Some Native inmates had entered his cell and told him that he needed to take care of business or else. His cell mate quickly exited the cell. They proceeded to assault him by punching him in the eye and kicking him in the back.

The officer asked, the Native that had been assaulted, what he thought they meant by “taking care of business.”

The inmate said that they meant that he better join the Native Mob.

At this time a major power play was going on among the Natives. There were the old timers that had always taken care of business in a systematic controlled yet very violent way. Now, the younger more violent Natives were organizing. They wanted to be in control. They wanted to do things their way and were willing to take out other Natives in order to gain control.
