История:

One Saturday morning, Emma woke up early and decided to help her parents around the house. She knew that her mom and dad were busy with work, and she wanted to make their day easier.

First, Emma went to the kitchen and helped her mom wash the dishes. «I’ll dry the plates, and you can wash them,» Emma said. Her mom smiled and said, «Thank you, Emma. You’re being very helpful today.»

After that, Emma went to the living room and picked up the toys that her little brother, Tim, had left on the floor. She put the toys back in the toy box and made the couch look tidy. Then, Emma decided to sweep the floor in the kitchen. She grabbed the broom and started sweeping. «It’s so much fun to help out,» she thought to herself.

Later, Emma helped her dad in the garden. They watered the plants and picked some flowers. «You’re a great helper, Emma,» her dad said with a smile. «Thanks, Dad!» Emma replied, feeling proud of all the work she had done.

By the time the day was over, Emma had helped her parents with many tasks. She felt happy knowing that she had made their day easier. «I love helping around the house,» Emma thought. «It feels good to be helpful.»
