История:

One morning, Max woke up feeling a little sick. His throat hurt, and he had a small cough. «I don’t feel very well,» he said to his mom. «I think I need to see the doctor.»

Max’s mom was concerned and decided to take him to the doctor. «Don’t worry, Max. The doctor will help you feel better,» she said, as she helped him get dressed.

When they arrived at the doctor’s office, Max was a little nervous. The waiting room was full of people, and Max didn’t like waiting. But soon, the nurse called his name. «Max, the doctor will see you now,» she said with a smile.

In the doctor’s office, Dr. Miller asked Max a few questions. «How do you feel, Max? What hurts?» she asked kindly. Max told her about his sore throat and cough. Dr. Miller listened to his chest with a stethoscope and looked inside his throat with a special light.

«You have a cold, Max,» Dr. Miller said. «It’s nothing serious, but you need to rest and drink plenty of water. I’ll give you some medicine to help you feel better.» She gave Max a prescription for medicine and explained how to take it.

Max felt better knowing he would get better soon. «Thank you, Doctor,» he said with a smile. «I’ll rest at home and follow your advice.» His mom thanked the doctor, and they left the office.

By the time they got home, Max was feeling a little better. He rested on the couch, drank some water, and watched his favorite cartoons. «I’m glad I saw the doctor,» Max thought. «I’ll be better soon!»
