This recipe is a fresh take on a classic dish; the mayonnaise is a yummy surprise no one will expect. In addition, this recipe is perfect for an on-the-go person, and it’s a great lunch box recipe for school lunches.

Ingredients:

Four pita pockets

½ cup mayo

Cooked chicken breasts

½ cup cooked green grapes

Cilantro to garnish

Cubed tomatoes

Directions:

Step one: First, cut the grapes in half. Next, gather the chicken breasts and cut them into cubs. After you cut the chicken, get a bowl and add the chicken, grapes, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix the Ingredients

until they are perfectly incorporated. Once you mix the ingredients, add the mayo. Then, fill the pita pockets with the mix you made, and enjoy.
