This recipe is very delicious and very hearty. The chicken complements the quinoa and beans perfectly, so everyone will love this dish. Plus, it has plenty of nutrition such as: vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats and carbs.

Ingredients

:

4 cooked chicken breasts

2 cups quinoa

2 cups beans

Salt and pepper

Butter

Step one: In a pot, cook the quinoa with four cups of water, salt and pepper until it is fluffy. Once the Quinoa cooks get a skillet with butter and add the chicken. Then, add the beans with the chicken and stir. Add the quinoa and blend the Ingredients

together. Serve with cilantro on top for added flavor.
