Ingredients:

Four cooked chicken breasts

Hot sauce

4 cups chicken broth

1 chopped red bell pepper

1 jalapeno pepper; finely chopped

¼ tsp chili powder

2 cups quinoa

Directions:

Step one: In a pot, add the chicken broth, chili powder and the quinoa; cook them until the quinoa becomes fluffy.

Step two: Slice the chicken into fajita-like slices, and cut the pepper in fajita-like slices, too.

Step three: In a large serving dish, add all of the quinoa; then, top it off with the vegetables and chicken. Enjoy.
