Two things fried wontons with sweet and sour sauce

32 leaves (as to the. 215 grams) frozen wonton pastry
50 grams frozen shrimps (ready to cook - headless, shelled and deveined)
120 grams frozen green beans
50 grams bean sprouts + something for sprinkling
2 spring onions
25 grams of fresh ginger
1 carrot (so to the. 120 grams)
2 tablespoons oil
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
120 grams ground pork
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 liter of cooking oil
to decorate Coriander
The preparation sequence
Wonton dough (around the. 10 x 10 centimeters) Thaw well packaged, or thaw leave. Thaw shrimp.
