These air-filled drums are available in various lengths and widths. They are gentler alternatives to the spindle sander. I use them in widths from ¾” (19mm) to 2” (51mm), and in lengths from 11 4” (32mm) to 31 4” (83mm). As with the other inflatable sanders, I chuck them into a drill press. Sleeves, available in many grits, are easy to change and extremely durable.
