Shrimp skewers with mango chutney

1 small onion
1 large ripe mango
½-1 red chilli
3-4 tablespoons oil
3-4 tablespoons light balsamic vinegar
1-2 tablespoons honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
24 shrimp (as fresh or freezer to 500 grams;. Headless shell)
3-4 stalks of basil
8 wooden skewers
The preparation sequence
Onion Peel and very finely dice. Mango peel. Pulp from the stone crushing and also chop very finely. Chili cut lengthwise, remove seeds, chop finely and wash under water.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Onion and chilli fry it. Mango cubes so the. Sauté 2 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Vinegar and Honey stir. Simmer another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool chutney.
Frozen shrimp thaw. Peel shrimp, Enddärmen, polka dots underwater washing and dry. In each case 3 shrimp stuck on 1 skewer.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil. Shrimp skewers fry around 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Basil underwater washing and, until something shred into strips. Under the chutney stir. Arrange everything and bring to the table. Garnish with basil.
