The New Neighbor – Новый сосед
ОглавлениеIt is a sunny afternoon. Emma is playing outside in her yard when she notices a moving truck across the street. A family is moving into the house next door. Emma is curious. She has never seen these people before.
The family has a big dog. The dog is running around the yard, excited to explore the new place. Emma watches the dog and smiles. She likes animals.
After a while, a woman comes out of the house. She waves at Emma and says, "Hello!" Emma waves back. The woman introduces herself, "My name is Sarah. I’m your new neighbor." Emma is happy to meet her.
Sarah tells Emma that she has two children, a boy and a girl. They are the same age as Emma. The boy’s name is Ben, and the girl’s name is Lily. Emma is excited. She loves making new friends.
Sarah invites Emma to come inside their house. Emma walks over and follows Sarah into the house. It is big and bright. Emma likes it. She sees Ben and Lily playing with toys in the living room. They all introduce themselves and start talking. Emma feels happy because she has new friends.
Sarah says, “Would you like to play with Ben and Lily tomorrow?” Emma smiles and says, “Yes, I would love to!” She feels excited to spend time with her new neighbors.
At the end of the day, Emma goes back home. She tells her parents about the new neighbors. They are happy that Emma made new friends. Emma is looking forward to tomorrow. It’s going to be a fun day!
