38. Step to boost your mindset for success: Allow yourself time out

So that you can get off to a good start and stay on the ball in the long term, it is immensely important to allow yourself sufficient rest periods and phases to recharge your batteries and energy. Consciously create a balance to the stressful everyday life and take care of yourself. With replenished resources it can then go on concentrated again, with new energy. You should simply set an alarm clock to wake you up after a 30-minute break at the latest, otherwise you will fall into a deep sleep phase, which makes it difficult to get up again. As we now know, a short nap is enough to revitalize you. So take a little nap more often and see for yourself how you can get to work in a more balanced and energetic way and thus create your everyday life much easier.
