8. Relieving Drowsiness
ОглавлениеIf you feel drowsiness during meditation, take five moderately deep breaths and hold your breath for ten seconds on the exhale.
Then repeat the exercise, holding your breath for twenty seconds on the exhale.
Repeat the exercise again, holding your breath for thirty seconds on the exhale. You will feel more alert, cheerful and relieve drowsiness.
