Continuous Strip Bias Binding

Оглавление

1 | Cut a square and mark the edges A, B, C, and D. Cut through the diagonal (Diagram 1) and then stitch A to B with a ¼-inch (0.75-cm) seam allowance (Diagram 2).

2 | Open out and press the seam open. Draw lines the width of the bias you are making on the wrong side of the fabric.

3 | Join C to D, right sides together, but dropping the seam by one strip and matching the marked lines. Pin and stitch the seam and then press open.

4 | Cut the tube open along the marked lines in a continuous line.
