No. 3: Quick back and forth drill

Equipment required: Sufficient number of handballs
Course:
- The coach stands at the 7-meter line and stretches out his hands.
- does 2-3 quick steps forward and hits the coach’s palms (A). Afterwards, immediately moves back 2-3 steps (B) in order to do a dynamic forward piston movement and to shoot at the left side of the goal as instructed (top, middle, bottom), approx. from the 7-meter line (C).
- starts the same course a bit delayed, does a forward piston movement on the right side, and shoots at the right side of the goal.
Variants:
- Jump shot.
- Shooting with the wrong foot in front.
