Course:
- The players stand face-to-face in order to create a lane (keep a distance of approx. 2 meters between and , and approx. 1/2 meter between and ).
- The players each hold their handball in both hands, in such a way that the goalkeeper can reach it.
- The goalkeeper quickly sidesteps through the lane (A) and touches each handball with one hand.
- should return to his basic arm posture again and again while sidestepping from player to player.
