Equipment required: Sufficient number of handballs


Course:

- The players stand face-to-face in order to create a lane (keep a distance of approx. 2 meters between and , and approx. 1/2 meter between and ).

- The players each hold their handball in both hands, in such a way that the goalkeeper can reach it.

- The goalkeeper quickly sidesteps through the lane (A) and touches each handball with one hand.

- should return to his basic arm posture again and again while sidestepping from player to player.

- As soon as has run through the lane, moves to the goal (B), the players start approaching the goal dynamically (C), and do a series of shots at the goal as instructed (top, middle, bottom).

Variants:

- Shooting with the wrong foot in front.

- Jump shot.

- Underarm shot.
