Ingredients
· ⅓ cup +1 tbsp (90 g) solid coconut oil
· 1 cup (80 g) finely shredded unsweetened coconut, divided
· 2 tbsp (24 g) powdered erythritol
· ½ tsp vanilla extract
· Optional: 1 drop almond extract
Step-by-Step Preparation:
1. Melting and Melting. Melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from the stove and add the sweetener and shredded coconut. Mix everything and add the vanilla extract and almond flavoring.
2. Cooling. Pour the mixture into a small mold and place it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, until the mass reaches a consistency suitable for shaping.
