By this point, you have worked hard to change your body and your health. Motivation has become intrinsic and exercise is an established lifestyle habit. Bigger goals, competitions, and sports events can be used to motivate you. To offset a training plateau and to avoid falling into a rut, periodize and plan your training into cycles and patterns more while still keeping perspective on the rest of your lifestyle. Consider setting some larger long-term goals. This may also be a good time to consult with a specialist trainer to further individuate your training or acquire more technical information and skills.
