5. SUPER CHUTE JUICE

This is another recipe for weight loss juicing that’s called super juice because of its ability to give the body energy to burn fats and lose weight effectively.

Ingredients:

2 apples

½ celery stick

1-inch chunked cucumber

½ inch-sliced beetroot, raw and unpeeled

1 lemon, small and wax –free with the rind still on

2 ice cubes

A large handful of mixed greens like watercress, parsley, kale, spinach, or any greens

½ inch of broccoli stem

A small handful of Alfalfa sprouts

½ inch-sliced courgette

½ inch-sliced ginger

Small carrot chunk

Procedure:

-Take out your food processor or your blender to start blending the ingredients.

-Place the apple first before the rest of the ingredients but the last to be juiced should also be another apple.

-Once all the ingredients are juiced or processed already, combine them well by stirring.

-Then, pour the juice into a glass of ice cubes and serve.
