This is a recipe that’s berry-filled which is why this is a potent weight loss recipe since berries are rich sources of antioxidants that help detoxify the body of toxins so losing weight is possible.
Ingredients:
1/2c strawberries, fresh and with hulls intact
1/2c blueberries, frozen or fresh
A dash of raw agave
1t coconut oil
Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/2c raspberries, frozen or fresh
A pinch of sea salt
5 Brazil nuts
1T bee pollen
Procedure:
-Set aside the coconut flakes first.
-Then, get a blender and then place all the ingredients inside it.
-Turn on the blender and start pureeing the mixed ingredients.
-Wait until the mixture becomes smooth.
-Prepare three glasses and pour the blended mixture to each of the glasses evenly.
-Sprinkle the coconut flakes to each of the glass of juice.
-Serve chilled.
