This recipe is called its name because it has the ability to energize your body and increase metabolism making it easier for you to lose weight.
Ingredients:
½ peeled lime
½ pineapple
½ avocado, ripe
1t spirulina
Ice cubes
2 apples
½ cucumber, medium
1oz wheatgrass, fresh
Procedure:
-Start by juicing the pineapple, the lime, the apples and the cucumber first.
-Meanwhile, get a blender and blend the avocado flesh together with the wheatgrass, the ice and the spirulina.
-Once the soft batch of ingredients is well blended, start pouring the juiced ingredients onto the blender and continue blending all the mixed ingredients until smooth.
-Serve and enjoy.
