This recipe is a proof that even if you are trying to lose weight, you can still get a taste of your favorite pizza, only that it is in liquid form and very low in carb which is why it is an effective weight loss recipe.
Ingredients:
3 tomatoes
1c Spinach
1 clove of Garlic
A few sprigs of oregano
6 sprigs of basil
AA small wedge of onion
1/4 bell pepper, green
Directions:
-Start by cleaning the pepper, the herbs and the tomatoes well.
-Then, start peeling the onions and the garlic.
-After that, start chopping off the onion and make sure the slices are ½ inch thick for easy juicing.
-Next, put all the ingredients on the juicer or depending on the capacity of your juicer.
-Start juicing all of the ingredients
-Once they are juiced already, pour it on ice and serve. The ingredients would make this drink smell and taste like pizza without the pie.
