11. COLORFUL HEALTH FESTIVAL JUICE RECIPE

This is a recipe good for weight loss and is called its name because it is a mix of various ingredients that differ in color but the taste and the health benefits to weight loss are intact.

Ingredients:

1 medium beetroot

4 carrots without the greens

2pcs. red apples

3 pineapple slices, washed

4 cauliflower florets, purple or white

6 Broccoli florets

2 yellow pears, firm

1 red tomato

4 Brussels sprouts

2 arugula leaves

Procedure:

-Start by washing all the fruit and vegetable ingredients well.

-Then, start trimming the ends of the beetroot.

-After that, peel the beetroot thinly and slice it into chunks.

-Slice the tomato into quarters.

-Next, start trimming the ends of the carrot and make sure no greens are included.

-Then, slice the apples and the pears into quarter slices as well without peeling them but discarding their seeds.

- Start by peeling the pineapple slices as well and discarding their rinds before cutting them into strips.

-Finally, gather the arugula together and bunch them up. Now you are ready for juicing.

-When juicing, place all the fruit and vegetable ingredients into the juicer or the processor and blend them well.
