Juicing recipes for weight loss is easy as long as you follow recipes. You can even make your own weight loss juicing recipes. But for starters, you can start with these recipes:
1. VITA-VEGGIE JUICE
This recipe will help your body lose weight and at the same time, supply your body with the iron it needs so that even if you are losing weight, you will not look pail. It only takes incorporating the right iron-rich ingredients to your juice. The taste of this recipe is also not boring since it has the taste of spices but it is also not awful since the taste of honey would sweeten the juice, making it easy for you to consume it.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
5 Brussels sprouts
1 cucumber
3 apples
2c leaves of spinach
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 garlic
2T honey, raw
Procedure:
-Prepare your juicer or your food processor.
-One by one, place all the ingredients on the food processor.
-Turn on the blender or the processor to high speed and process the ingredients until they are smooth or until it reaches your desired consistency. Check if there are no longer ingredients that are not blended well.
-Pour the raw honey onto the mixture and stir well.
-Serve.
