3. THE GREEN MACHINE RECIPE

This recipe is very effective in losing weight because it is low in calories but rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients:

2 carrots

1 small bunch of parsley

1 bunch of kale

Lime juice

1 cucumber

½ bunch chard

½ bunch spinach

Celery

Procedure:

-Start by squeezing the lime and pouring its juice on a jar. Then, add ice cubes to it.

-Shape the greens into balls first.

-Place the harder veggies in the processor such as the cucumber, the carrots and the celery and then place the greens in the middle.

-Then, start processing and juicing them all.

-Pour the juice onto the jar with the lime and ice cubes and serve.
