Ingredients:
1/3 of a pineapple
A handful of spinach
2 freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cucumber
2apples
Ice
Procedure:
-Get the citrus juicer or a juicer that’s exclusively for citrus fruits and separately juice the lime.
-After juicing, set it aside in a jar with the ice to help prevent juice oxidization.
-Now, slice the apples and the pineapples and make sure the size will fit the juice chute.
-Finally, juice the ingredients and mix with the lime juice and ice.
-Lightly stir and drink.
