The Hebrew transliteration of the Word of God is quite detailed and holds vital keys to the true understanding of its contents and thoughts being conveyed in many languages. A research of the Hebrew Text sheds a brighter and more revelatory light on Scripture that is not for the book of Ezekiel alone but for all of the Old Covenant. Ezekiel 1:13 opens with the statement: “As for the likeness of the living creatures.” The Hebrew word transliterated for “living creatures” is Chay [2416]; it is taken from another Hebrew word Chayah [2421], which carries the thought of life and restoration.
